Return and Exchange Policy

At Anandi Creation, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, which undergo thorough quality checks before being dispatched. However, if you encounter any issues with a defective product or receive an item in the wrong size or color, we are here to assist you with an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

We do not accept returns for any of our products. Exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective, you must provide a video showing the parcel being opened. This video should start from the moment the package is unopened and capture the entire unboxing process, clearly showing the defect.
  2. Wrong Size or Color: If the item received is the wrong size or color, an unboxing video is also required, beginning before the package is opened and showing the incorrect size or color of the product.

Exchange Process

  1. Unboxing Video: Record a video from the moment the parcel is unopened, clearly capturing the item and its condition. This video is necessary to validate any exchange claim.
  2. Submit a Claim: Within 24 hours of receiving the product, email the unboxing video and your order details to our customer support team at support@anandicreation.com.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review your video and details. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  4. Exchange Shipping: If an exchange is authorized, we will provide the return shipping address. You will need to send the item back to us in its original packaging.
  5. Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the defect or error, we will process your exchange and send you the correct item.

Important Notes

  • No refunds are accepted
  • No returns are accepted.
  • Exchanges are only available for defective products or if the wrong size or color is received.
  • A video of the parcel being opened from start to finish is mandatory for exchange eligibility.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours of receipt of the item will not be considered.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
